朱露莎,北京大学博雅特聘教授, 北京大学心理与认知科学学院,IDG麦戈文脑科学研究所、北大-清华生命科学联合中心研究员。 山东大学物理学学士,北京大学经济学硕士,伊利诺伊大学香槟分校经济学博士。 2010-2011加州大学伯克利分校Haas商学院Associate Consultant, 2011-2015弗吉尼亚Carilion研究所研究员,2015年加入北京心理系。

朱露莎实验室从事策神经科学(又称神经经济学)研究。采用交叉学科研究方法,在认知算法与神经表征层面,探索人类复杂决策行为的动机、推断和策略。其研究受国家杰出青年科学基金、海外高层次青年人才计划,及多个自然科学基金、科技部项目支持。任PLOS Computational Biology等期刊编委,Society for Social Neuroscience等多个国内外核心学术组织program committee。

我们实验室研究大脑怎么作决策,特别是复杂的社会决策。当前,我们的研究着眼于博弈行为中,大脑怎么推断他人的行动和目标、猜测他人的策略,以及怎么基于这些预测来做决定。例如,(i) 大脑如何通过统计学习来了解外部环境,预判他人的行为(Nature Neuroscience 2023,Nature Communications 2019, PNAS 2012); (ii) 如何理解和选择交流信号来沟通意图(Science Advances 2021, Nature Neuroscience 2014)。

我们用博弈实验搭建人际交互的行为平台,用脑科学研究手段来探查决策的硬件,用博弈论、机器学习、计算语言学,社会网络分析等模型来刻画生成决策的软件,从而理解决策行为的认知和神经机制,以及这些机制如何随年龄发展,在神经和精神疾病下将出现怎样的偏差。

实验室长期招收博士后,欢迎在自然语言处理、机器学习、深度学习,电生理,行为经济学,脑成像等方面有相关专长的研究者加入。
